Job Description:
Job Description Sr. Manager of Automation & Digitization will
primary be focused on providing overall guidance and support to the
CLM Implementation Project. Reporting to the INC VP of Contracts,
this highly visible role shares the important responsibility within
INC and the associated Sectors. This role will assist in the
establishing the strategic direction of the Contracts function, as
it relates to automation and digitization, and be responsible for
overall governance of the implementation to ensure there is one
common implementation, to the best extent possible. While this role
will have no direct leadership responsibilities, they will
indirectly have to lead other functional, sector and INC personnel
on many initiatives. We also be responsible for planning,
developing, and implementing policies and procedures that ensure
compliance with all corporate policies and procedures throughout
the contracting life cycle, and providing overarching governance of
automation and digitization of the Contracts function in
collaboration with the BAE Systems Inc. Contract Executive Council
(CEC) and the BAE Systems Plc Global Commercial Council (GCC).
- Assist in developing of the INC Contracts automation and
digitization strategy
- Acts as INC's primary CLM representative
- for contractual matters with customer, industry, and
professional organizations.
- Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with
safety objectives and policies.Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and Defense, Commercial and
International contracting models
- Expert in Contract Lifecycle Management, including
implementation, reporting, maintenance, training, etc.
- Expert in other automation and digitization tools within the
Contract functionProven ability to:
- Develop and implement strategic actions to improve functional
and business performance through automation and digitization of
tools
- Develop and maintain executive customer relationships to help
influence desired outcomes
- Support enterprise wide functional and business initiatives,
including establishing/developing key performance indicators of the
Contract function
- Actively contribute to Policy formation, as it relates to
automation and digitization of the contract function & overall
Contract governanceDemonstrate executive influence; establish
relationships with customers and industry partnersPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) knowledge preferred.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $124080 - $210980Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
