Job Description:

A luxury cocktail lounge seeks a dynamic part-time barback. 1-2 shifts a week available. Upscale F&B experience required. Responsibilities include assisting with daily bar setup and breakdown, maintaining knowledge of liquor and menu items, anticipating guest needs, and providing excellent service.

Assist in daily bar setup and break down
Work with bartenders to keep the bar stocked and organized
Maintain knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic selections
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, offering suggestions as needed
Display understanding and competency in all steps of service
Follow state and local laws for responsible serving
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness
Help maintain liquor inventory
Be a team player, contributing to a memorable experienceMust be able to lift 35-50lbs and carry trays and bus tubs up and down stairs. Interest in cocktail bartending is a plus.
