Job Summary

Assists with scheduling and supervision of Team Members and day-to-day departmental flow. Oversees compelling displays and supports Team Leaders for smooth team operation.

Responsibilities

--- Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members
--- Works with Trainer to train Team Members and build a high-performance team
--- Assists in training of new Team Members
--- Maintains clean and well-stocked shelves
--- Opens and closes department according to procedures
--- Ensures necessary breaks are given
--- Communicates team concerns to Team Leaders
--- Sets and achieves retail execution standards
--- Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale

--- Extensive knowledge of Produce team procedures
--- Strong organizational and time management skills
--- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
--- Capable of teaching others in a positive manner
--- Product knowledge
--- Advanced knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures

Experience

--- 12+ months retail experience

Physical Requirements

--- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
--- Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
--- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
