Job Title: Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (Lead CNA)Department: Certified Nursing Assistant DepartmentReports To: Director of NursingPosition Summary: The Lead CNA is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) within the skilled nursing rehabilitation center. This role focuses on enhancing management, retention, accountability, autonomy, performance, pride, and self-development among the CNA staff.
