Contribute to the care planning process by providing specific information and observations of the resident's needs and preferences. Attend to residents' individual needs, which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs in keeping with the individuals' care requirements. Maintain each resident's comfort, privacy, and dignity in delivering services interacting with warmth to promote a caring environment. A High School Diploma /GED and successfully completing a PA-approved Nursing Assistant Certification are required.
