Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support
prospective students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while
providing high customer service
Advise prospective students on suitable programs and communicate
program requirements
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with the
enrollment team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer
experience, or sales
Experience maintaining records in a CRM or student database
Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends or evenings
if needed
