Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
--- Administrative Support: Independently manage and improve systems, keep the CRM accurate and up-to-date, and foster client and business growth through proactive database management.
--- Transaction Coordination: Oversee transactions from start to finish, including listing preparation, showings, and closings. Work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth operations throughout.
--- Calendar & Social Media Management: Take charge of calendar management to keep the team organized and ensure all appointments and deadlines are met. Efficiently coordinate and manage social media posts, collaborating with marketing to create and schedule content. This includes coordinating with photographers, crafting property descriptions, and executing client events and newsletters.
--- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts by managing listings, assisting with the marketing calendar, and coordinating with staging companies and other vendors.

Qualifications
--- Experience: Minimum of 2 years supporting a real estate agent, team, or entrepreneur in a similar role, with a proven ability to take initiative and handle multiple responsibilities.
--- Licensing: NJ real estate license preferred, but not required initially. Willingness to obtain the license shortly after hire.
--- Location & Hours: In-person role based in South Jersey, with an 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule (flexible for urgent needs). Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license with insurance.
