See how we've been recognized for this dedication to our employees by checking out our recent awards.For more information, visit our Careers page.The Role in Brief:Events SpecialistWorking with teams and leaders across the firm, the Events Specialist will manage events with an innovative approach, high attention to detail, and unparalleled level of service.The Events team is responsible annually for the management of 100+ in-house and off-site partner meetings, 600+ virtual events, firm hosted incentive trips, and firmwide internal events.This position is located in our Washington, D.C. office.Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree w/ strong academic record
• 1 year of post-Bachelor's work experience
• Working knowledge of common workplace tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated success delivering service both internally and externally
• Experience working in a team environment, as well as autonomously
• Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with internal and external clients
• Positive attitude, poise and judgment
• Internal candidates must be able to demonstrate a record of achievement throughout EAB tenure
• Willing to travel up to 40% (-1-2 times per month) domestically to conferences and EAB eventsIdeal Qualifications:
  • Experience planning or supporting events, either professionally or personally
  • Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
