Job Description:
A company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to
support its People & Culture operations and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, benefits and compensation
administration, and onboarding support
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with
employment laws and educate employees on procedures
Manage HR data and records, ensuring compliance with privacy
policies and providing insights for workforce planning
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably
in SaaS or tech
Knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor laws
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting
Demonstrated experience in administering employee benefits and
compensation analysis
Values-led individual with an interest in supporting diversity,
inclusion, equity, and belonging initiatives
