Job Description:

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II (Remote - any Global location).

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences based on instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula and communicate learning gaps and project progress
Manage outsourced projects and mentor junior instructional designers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, training & development, or related field preferred
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, or 2+ years with a degree
Experience in Pharma-related, clinical research, or adult learning
Demonstrated leadership abilities and technical competencies
Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning tools
