Baltimore, MD
2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm - DAYS VARY

Description: Supervise and train contracted security personnel, ensuring compliance with access control protocols and security standards.
Conduct daily security checks to ensure systems are operational and troubleshoot any issues.
Monitor and maintain the Visitor Management System and resolve technology-related issues.
Develop and implement security protocols, contingency plans, and emergency response procedures.
Coordinate security for events held at the HQs and assist with security assessments at other locations.
Manage access control systems, symptom monitoring kiosks, and handle technology failures.
Assist in the creation of security reports and provide updates to the Director on access issues and security status.


Requirements: Four-year college degree.
Proven experience in security roles, preferably in a facilities or corporate environment.
Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV and access control systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees and visitors.
