Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Associate
(B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to draft content for
informational email blasts and build tutorials/articles/videos for
software enhancements
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Success team
and assist with client onboarding processes
Analyze data, track onboarding KPIs, and recommend process
improvements for client onboarding operations
Required Qualifications:
Background and/or degree in Computer Science and/or Data
Science
At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding
or a similar field
Understanding of the Healthcare industry
Proficient in project management software
Highly organized and motivated by individual work and
organizational tasks
