  • Performs CAT Scan Radiology studies, CT techniques and examinations, abdominal scans, retroperitoneal scans, obstetrics and gynecology scans, radiation therapy localization for treatment planning, and minor surgical procedures, IV Access and contrast injections per departmental policy, Reviews and evaluates completed tests for quality, completeness, and type of test ordered. Ensures quality images. Selects and operates equipment as directed.

  • Special Requirements: knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
  • Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

    • 2 Years Minimum Experience Required
    • Must have 1 prior travel assignment
    • Required upon hire: I9/E-Verify attestation
    • A valid driver's license will be required if driving on behalf of MedStar Health is an essential function of the job.

      • SHIFT: 4x10 NIGHTS 10PM-8AM
      • SCHEDULE: WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY
      • START DATE: 3/10
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Required for all Telemetry, MS/Tele, ICU, and ED units. Exam must be from within the past 3 years and have a passing score of 80%.
          • Additional Details
          • This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine
          • May come into contact with Covid Patients
