Job Description:
A company is looking for an Activations Specialist to assist
potential borrowers in getting approved on their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with potential borrowers to facilitate their approval
on the platform
Become an expert in the product and inspire customers with this
knowledge
Achieve approval goals while providing high-quality customer
interactions and support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive
mindset
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize
workload effectively
Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
