• Coordinate new hire onboarding process including new hire paperwork and compliance, liaising with third-party background check providers, providing day one information and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist in managing recruitment marketing submissions, tracking hiring events, maintaining SharePoint pages, and responding to inquiries from the Recruitment Marketing Inbox.
• Provide support for recruiter training, system access, and documentation for staffing agencies.
• Support TA team meetings by managing agendas, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Responsible for content management and updates for talent acquisition materials (i.e. recruitment guide, job aids etc.)
• Provide overall administrative and project support for team projects and initiatives.What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment/supporting a recruitment team.
  • Current HCM system experience (Workday) preferred.
  • Must have advanced MS Office skills.What we offer:
