• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6+ years' experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality and hiring team first mentality.
• Or 10 years of equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience.
• Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena.
• Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
• Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups.
• Able and open to occasional travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business.Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in agency recruiting.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
• Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation.
• Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
• Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance.
• Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research.
• Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates.
