Sidul.OVERVIEWThe Process Supervisor is responsible for management
of unionized workers in the manufacture of food products
(sugar).DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct sugar refining operations on designated shift.
- Direct teams of specialized employees ensuring good
manufacturing practices, GMP and safe operating procedures.
- Achieve standard production volume, quality standards, and
regulatory compliance through the supervision of hourly personnel
(up to 30) on rotating shifts.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays,
and overtime as needed.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of successful supervisory experience in a
food or pharmaceutical production environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the
food or chemical industry.
- Industrial food processing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of proper operation of Affirmation & Melting,
Carbonatation, Char & Carbon Filtration, Boiling of White, Remelt &
Soft Sugar, Spinning of White, Soft, and Recovery sugars,
Conditioning and Drying of white sugars, Liquid sugar
manufacturing.
- Ability to achieve results through subordinates in an organized
labor environment.
- Ability to work effectively with subordinates, peers, and
supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to be
proactive and self-directed.
- Must be physically able to navigate throughout the
manufacturing area.
- Be in good physical condition and available for rotating shifts
and weekend work.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to operate a computer.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree in Engineering or a related science, or

successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications
