Material Handler Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Pay Rate:$150,000/year Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations across three shifts, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory control, order fulfillment, and product distribution while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date on processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on inventory, shipment, and staff performance.
  • Report on warehouse operations, including productivity, order fulfillment, and any issues that may arise.
  • Foster clear and effective communication across all shifts and with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, particularly NetSuite, is highly preferred.
  • Perform regular inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Job Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3-shift environment.
    • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in warehouse operations.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems (NetSuite experience is a strong plus).
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
