Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an IT
Support Specialist for a respected organization focused on
fostering a community-driven mission. This position is located in
Washington, D.C.POSITION OVERVIEW:Our client is seeking a skilled
IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance to
staff. The role will be responsible for maintaining a crucial
database system that supports workflow processes, ensuring smooth
operations and timely resolution of technical issues. The ideal
candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and excellent
customer service skills to help maintain and optimize departmental
workflows.PERKS:Competitive Salary: $55,000 to $57,000

events.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring the
efficient functioning of the workflow management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues submitted through the
electronic helpdesk.
- Train staff on system usage and departmental workflows.
- Manage and monitor the OnBase database system, ensuring proper
functionality and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the timely processing of
workflows and continuous system improvements.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate a solid understanding
of workflow and database systems (prior experience with OnBase is a
plus).
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to assist
and train individuals.
- Previous experience in technical support or service-oriented
roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with genealogical research is a plus!COMPENSATION
AND BENEFITS:This position offers a competitive annual salary range
between $55,000 to $57,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive
