existing team with an experienced Senior HSE Advisor for our
Telecommunications Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities
business. This role is based in Belmont, WA. We're looking for
someone who works collaboratively with field staff (and clients)
and supports them to get the job done as safely as possible. This
is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further and
gain industry relevant experience.In this role you'll be
responsible for:
- Implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and
strategies
- Providing health and safety specialist advice, technical and
management support
- Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimise
workplace injuries
- Supporting managers and supervision in activities to maintain a
positive health and safety culture
- Leading an experienced high-performing HSE team on a daily
basis to provide coverage across the region
- Establishing and implementing procedures for safety/risk
management and emergencies
- Conducting investigations into workplace incidentsHow you'll
connect to the role:
- Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Relevant experience in the construction industry
- Preferably ICAM lead investigator
- Ability to function unsupervised, working to tight
deadlines
- Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all
levels of an organisation
- Current First Aid certificate
