Job Description:
Job Title: DiagnosticianJob Description:Collaborates with Intake
Department staff to complete Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s, and
Treatment Plans for enrolled consumers.Key
Responsibilities:Participate in the Intake daily workflow by
completing Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s and Treatment Plans.
Ensures that all clinical documentation is submitted in a timely
and clinically appropriate manner, and within 48 hours adhering to
all regulatory standards.
Adhere to DBH regulations, Joint Commission standards and One Care
DC policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement activities including consumer
satisfaction reports and clinical outcomes.
Facilitate therapeutic peer interaction and support as needed to
complete assessments.
Complete MUIs/UIs when required.
Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to
