Job Description:
A company is looking for a SME Management Analyst to support
program management and data analytics at the Department of Homeland
Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mission-specific knowledge and lead collaboration with
stakeholders
Facilitate gap analysis and recommend solutions for client
challenges
Create project deliverables and assess the effectiveness of
projects and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in customer delivery
environments
3+ years of ICE specific experience with data, systems, and
processes
Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (U.S. citizenship
required)
Master's degree may reduce required experience by 2 years
