Job Description:

Cole Industrial, Inc. is in search of an Aftermarket Parts Analyst to join our team in Yakima, Washington. This broadly-based full-time position includes duties in the sales support and purchasing arenas. Responsible for sourcing of materials in support of the Aftermarket Sales Group utilizing existing suppliers and evaluating new sources to remain competitive within our markets.

• Perform as the liaison between parts suppliers, inside Sales and our end users to ensure timely and correct pricing of parts and supporting information
• Exercise sound judgment based on broad knowledge of products and parts needs to ensure that customer requirements are correctly met in a timely manner
• Complete and execute Aftermarket requests for quotation in support of multiple internal departments, as well as end users and contractors, including establishing costs, delivery, and selling prices
• Source customer requested products for pricing and availability, as required
• Possess strong phone etiquette, comfortable managing a high level of calls per day
• Assist in maintaining and developing supplier relationships
• Perform database clean-up, as required
• Be able to identify problems and opportunities
• Be able to research abnormal or uncommon parts successfully
• Position requires the regular exercise of problem solving and policy procedure interpretation skills
• Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required
• Support light shipping and receiving activities including packaging, freight, and inventory management
• May create Aftermarket customer invoices and customs documents in support of shipmentsQualifications:
  • Candidate must be organized and detail-oriented
  • High School or Equivalent (Required)
  • Current Washington State Drivers License
  • Qualified to drive a forklift or the ability to become certified
