Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Broker Sales Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team with commission and
contracting inquiries
Research and analyze complex commission issues and validate Agent
of Record change forms
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member-related issues
and assist with departmental projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
4+ years of customer service or health insurance industry
experience
Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to
obtain within 120 days of hire
Experience in diagnosing problems and identifying process
improvement opportunities
Ability to create and update department policies and procedures
