Truck Driver Job Description:

• Home Time: Home daily
• Schedule: 4 days on + 4 days off rotation schedule
• Shift: 0300 to 0400 (12-hour shift)
• Base Rate: 26.00
• Overtime (after a 40-hour workweek):
• Average/Week: $1,060
• Average First Year: $56,000
• Type: Dedicated IKEA, no-touch freight
• Operating Area: Staying within 400 miles of Aberdeen MD Additional Benefits
  • Experienced Driver Orientation: 1.5-Day Orientation + $2000 Sign on Bonus
  • Referral Bonus Opportunity: $2,000 (Paid in two payments)
