Overview:The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to a dedicated team of technicians and clients. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the effective training and implementation of therapy programs. This role also works closely with the Field Coordinator and Regional Director to support high-quality clinical care.
