POSITION SUMMARY:Sales Associate is responsible for identifying the customer's service needs and selling them a program that fits those needs. - The associate will be provided with extensive training and coaching on an ongoing basis. - This would be a Part-Time permanent position that may develop into a Full-Time position. -Opportunities for advancement in Sales department and/or Admin.COMPENSATION:Sales Associate will earn $15.50 per hour PLUS sales commission (50% upon sale and 50% once service is completed)..DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call new inquiries to sell them various services that meet their needs (no cold calling involved).
• Call existing customers to up-sell or renew their services.
• Call old prospects to potentially bring onboard for services going forward.
• Meet or exceed the number of required daily customer decisions.
• Enter customer order information into the customer database.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in sales an asset (not required).
  • High school diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to make numerous phone calls each day.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
