Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:

• Schedule: Fully in Office- Monday- Friday. 8:00 am- 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

  • Temp for minimum 6 months then possibility for permanent employment + raises! Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representatives:
    • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing
    • Assist customers with resolving issues in a timely manner
    • Process orders, forms, and applications
    • Document customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding requests
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
    • Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and productivity Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:
      • Strong verbal communication skills
      • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
      • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
      • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
      • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Good customer service skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficient with using Email, Google Documents, Excel, Medical experience, retail or call centers!
