DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A key responsibility in this role is the careful cross-checking of
fiscal administrative expenditures against the staffing and
operations of the nineteen Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRC).
This function is critical to ensuring financial integrity, optimal
resource allocation, and operational effectiveness within the
organization. The position involves analyzing the ELRC monitoring
tools and user guides to oversee fiscal operations beyond the scope
of current program representative activities. Additional duties
include developing training plans, ensuring regulatory compliance,
facilitating staff training, preparing and analyzing data,
providing professional development recommendations, advancing
resource and professional growth, and coordinating workgroups.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a
60-minute lunch.
- You must be willing to travel, including overnight trips.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home
(telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the
Harrisburg office at least once a month and as directed by your
supervisor. In order to telework, you must have a securely
configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved
location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you
will have the option to report to the headquarters office in
Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of professional experience developing,
implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a
bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other
