Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Provide quality service and knowledge to our customers in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: order entry, product information and recommendations, availability, billing and other queries
* Utilize and reference our programs and data bases pertaining to order processing, returns, and ecommerce
* Maintain a direct relationship with both retailers and consumers via phone and email
* Professionally address all incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
* Collaborate daily with other internal departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Accounting, Warehouse and Operations
* Maintain customer accounts (account notes, pricing, contact information and addresses)
* Accurately and efficiently gather information to fulfill both customer and business needs

Requirements:

* Highly developed customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any setting, with a positive and pleasant attitude
* Strong work ethic and team player mentality
* Gain a strong knowledge of products and procedures in each brand category
* Detail oriented and organized with strong documentation skills
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, dependent upon seasonal workload
* Confident working in a fast paced environment, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
* Basic computer and program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous customer service/front desk experience a plus.
