Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an
immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join our
team! This role requires someone who is adaptable, personable, and
has strong organizational skills with a focus on excellent customer
service.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and
approximately one Saturday a month from 7:30am-12:00pm. Saturdays
are scheduled in advance and flexible with the team.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Focus:
* Act as the initial contact for customers via phone, providing a
positive and professional first impression of Ferguson.
* Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, directing customers to
appropriate individuals or departments.
* Answer basic customer service questions.
* Call Management and Distribution:
* Use tools such as Genesys or Microsoft Teams to navigate and
manage calls.
* Ensure calls are routed to the correct department or person.
* Administrative Support:
* Potentially help with administrative tasks such as managing
office supplies, organizing documents and setting up meetings.
Qualifications:
* Skills Required:
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal
skills.
* A positive attitude and professional demeanor are a must.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult
customers.
* Experience:
* Previous experience managing calls and navigating Genesys or
Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
* Basic understanding of the Ferguson's business and an ability to
interact with customers, associates and management effectively.
* Technical Skills:
* Moderate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new
systems or tools is a must.
* Other:
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be
detail-oriented.
* Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to handle ad-hoc
office requests.

* Pay Range:
* $15.00 - $20.00
* Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR
Hourly for all other roles.
* This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
* Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage
may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage
requirements.
