Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager - Women's
Hair.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead go-to-market execution for brand marketing initiatives
including strategy alignment, creative development, deployment, and
optimizations
Understand, reach, and quantify the impact of marketing initiatives
on growth and retention
Support brand strategy and optimize evergreen marketing in
collaboration with cross-functional partners across all consumer
marketing channels
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing
Experience with eCommerce driven brands and/or agencies; DTC and
wellness experience preferred
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Strong organizational and project management skills with the
ability to multitask
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
