Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of eCommerce to drive online
revenue and manage the eCommerce site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and performance of the eCommerce website
portfolio, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
Lead conversion rate optimization strategies and manage email
marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven
strategies for improving site performance and user journeys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field
10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing,
preferably in the healthcare industry
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with a proven track record
in driving growth through e-commerce strategies
Strong knowledge of website management tools, digital analytics,
and marketing automation systems
Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML and CSS
