        Required upon hire: Aya: CCS must complete Aya I9/E-Verify attestation located in facility-specific documents once I9 & E-Verify are complete.
        
        A valid driver's license will be required if driving on behalf of MedStar Health is an essential function of the job.
        
        Required within 3 years of start: Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
