Baltimore, MD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, client travel in Baltimore

Talent Solutions Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving
business success by:
- Prospecting and Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of workforce
solutions.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers via phone, text,
email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Foster strategic partnerships by addressing key workforce
challenges.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and networking to grow the
client base.
- Negotiate pay and bill rates, ensuring maximum ROI for staffing
solutions.
- Meet and exceed revenue, gross margin, and financial objectives
through proactive sales activities.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Source, recruit, and interview top candidates to match client
needs.
- Coach and retain talent through consistent communication and
support.
- Innovative Workforce Solutions:
- Deliver creative and effective workforce strategies that drive
client satisfaction.
- Use digital tools to streamline operations and enhance client
and talent experiences. Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree and -2+ years of professional B2B sales
experience.
- 2+ years of business experience, ideally in white-collar
staffing, professional services sales, or financial services.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is a
plus.
